Is there a minimum order number?
We are happy to fulfil orders of 5 or more items. So even if you just have a small order we will be happy to help, and you can expect the same kind of service as someone ordering 100. All our customers are equally important.
How do I order?
To place an order all you need to do is get in touch with us via our online contact form or drop us an email at [email protected]. More details can be found on our How to Order page.
How much do your garments cost?
Contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide a quote. We don’t list prices on our website because every order is different, and we would rather give you a personal, all inclusive price, so you know exactly what you're paying for. Rest assured our prices are very competitive and strike the perfect balance of excellent quality and good value.
Do your prices include VAT?
Where applicable, VAT is always included in all our quoted prices. What you see is what you get. If you need a quote without VAT please ask us.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is always included in all our quoted prices. There are no extra charges for delivery. What you see is what you get.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is usually within 2 weeks. Faster turnaround is available on request if you are working to a deadline. Please note that we get very busy towards the end of the school year, so the earlier you place your order the better!
Do you send out samples?
Of course. We are happy to send sample hoodies out on request. If you would like to see one please contact us with your postal address and potential order details.
What colours do you offer?
Loads! Our staple college hoodie is available in a range of 60 colours and we can print match almost any pantone reference. Explore our product pages to see all the options.
What sizes are available?
All our items are available in a wide range of sizes. For example our staple college hoodies are available in sizes ranging from child age 1-2 to adult XXXL. Please check the size guides on our product pages for more information.
What quality are your hoodies?
We pride ourselves on providing the absolute best product for the absolute best possible price. Our hoodies are fantastic quality; with 80% cotton garments as standard and beautiful high stitch count embroidery, we're streets ahead of the competition. Where are your garments made?
All our garments are printed and embroidered to the highest standard in-house in the UK. So you can order with confidence that the highest standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Can I have something other than 'Leavers ' printed?
We can print and embroider just about anything on to any garment. Even if you have only a rough idea of what you want, our design team will be happy to turn your thoughts into graphics and mockups for your approval. Just email us over your logos and designs and we will be happy to use them.
Can I order a blank undecorated garment?
Absolutely. Just get in touch and let us know what you're after.
How should I wash my garment?
Our prints and embroidery are very hardwearing and should last as long as the garment itself under normal washing conditions. That said, to keep prints and embroidery looking their absolute best we recommend washing items inside-out at 30 degrees. Please see our Washing Instructions page for more details.
